I've developed a unique style and approach to healing, somatic touch that blends sensual-erotic energy with bodywork, breath and meditative practices. My intention is to guide you to experience a deep inner relaxation and the movement of energy through your body as an unrestricted, blissful flow. I also hold the intention that you will experience some change or shift within yourself that increases yourfeeling of joy, be it simply feeling really good, receiving greater awareness, dropping any disempowering thoughts or ideas about sexuality, your body or your feelings or just feeling more connected. I utilize many elements in my work, including :
- Essential Oils and Annointing
- Yogic breathing

- Hot stone bodywork
- "moving" or expressing emotions through sound and toning
I lived in Hawaii and learned a few forms of Hawaiian healing. As a practice, lomi lomi, looks much like a massage, but when giving and receiving lomi lomi, I've always felt like it was a dance, a prayer to creation and a complete honoring of one's body and health. An intention is a desire or a wanting. What is your intention for working with me? What do you want to heal/change/answer or shift in your life? Intention is important because it provides a focal point for your energy to flow toward.
Latihan Kejiwaan is an in Indonesian term that translates to "spiritual exercise". In practice, it is essentially the art of doing nothing. How could this be valuable? Well, once you drop into the space of doing nothing, some realizations occur : you realize how there is a persistant stream of thoughts droning on, you realize how tense you are, and you realize that there is a certain inherent involuntary rhythm in your body that is independent of your thoughts. Once you realize this, you can go beyond your thoughts and tune into your inner guidance.
Latihan is different than sitting meditation in that you relax the body and allow it to move and be informed by inner guidance. So through the practice you learn how to seperate the inner impulses from your outer or egoic impulses for movement.
This is the practice I credit with helping me become an excellent bodyworker. My movements in session come from a deep inner impulse and therefore each touch is deeply felt, deeply connected and perfect.
